- One is a Hot Tub, TV, Fireplace
- One is a Dining Area with BBQ + Bar
- One a Changeroom with bathroom + Shower
- Somewhere in the middle-ish of the property so it can be shared by both houses.
- Choosing a location is key: Must have enough DIRT to retain pool
