Costumes/ Theme:

A Pub Crawl without some sort of identifiable Theme is lame / forgettable.
It can be as simple as a T-Shirt. But often there isn't enough time for that.

Costumes:

• Give the Group a Sense of Togetherness / Inclusion
• Put in the Spirit of whatever you are Celebrating
• Makes For better Pics / Memories
• Lower Inhibitions
• ONE thing you can Easily talk Strangers About
• Remembering Names no Longer Matters

So visit the dollar store, wear a Hat, wear something old, or ask Adam.
Just put in a tiny bit of effort!
My "Tickle Trunk"(I hate that term) is always available (filled with costumes).

When planning a great night out:

• Start early (Plan pre-drinking)
• Plan rides (so people don't show up late/leave early).
• Pick place(s) with no cover, both talking and dancing, ideally food.
• Give the event a purpose(bDay, holiday, game, costume, etc.)
• Invite 3x the number of people you want to show.
• Prepare for bad weather.
• Sober up with greasy food afterwards.

Standing Offer: Party Bus

I will pick everyone up, and drive downtown, and Park Downtown till the next day.
We can store booze in it and circle-back to the car for more drinks.
In order to make the parking fees, lack of predrinking (for me), taxi home, and hangover taxi back, I only offer this when can get 6+ people.
My car has 8 seatbelts----->.
