I need to catch up on my taxesUpdated 5 years ago

Overview:

  • Haven't Paid since 2012. I definately paid in 2011.
  • Have some Tenant Income for 8 years (But they have ditched out on the rent+bills almost every time). $90k
  • Have $120k in expenses building the suite I rent.
  • I pay $3000 / year in repairs to the suite/house
  • I pay $3800 / year in property taxes
  • I pay $4000 / year in Hydro
  • I pay $ 800 / year in Home Insurance
  • I had "regular" jobs in 2012-2013, and 2015-2016 where I (hopefully) paid too much tax.
  • I think I live way below the poverty line on paper
  • My Home Business Programming has very little income ($6k/year)
  • My Home Business has MANY expenses (Rent, Cell phone, internet, Hydro, Computers, Hardware, Car, Insurance, Gas, Repairs)
  • I want to catch up on taxes
  • I understand people hand you messes regularly. I want to make this as simple as possible for you.
