Fold Down Bed:

Mom has a GIANT closet that isn't being used efficiently. 90% of the time, she is alone and doesn't need space for guest. But sometimes she does.

• Locks on certain cabinets?

Securing Paul Kane Condo for Winter:

Important:

• Do NOT Force the valves in the wrong direction. They will break! Use firm, HAND pressure in the directions indicated below.
• [Any] Hot water tank must be electrically turned off before draining it of water!
  If the power is on--the coil is HOT. It is not designed to ever run "dry".
  If the power is on--the coil is HOT, and the tank is empty, the second the freezing-cold water rushes in, it will DIE from the sudden temperature change!
• So it is important you do not confuse the order of this shutoff procedure.
• That being said, all of these instructions are super-simple, easy, and should take you only 3 minutes.

Locations:

• The Fuse Box is located behind the door, in the spare bedroom.
• The Hot Water Tank, and the Shut off Valves are in the Main Bathroom, in the hot water tank closet.
• The Toilet Valves are behind each toilet. (Adam: Confirm this)Turn to Clockwise On. Turn Counter-Clockwise Off.

Turning OFF Instructions:

• Turn OFF Breakers #26 & 27 for the hot water tank (Pic)
• Turn CLOCKwise to turn off the water for the entire unit using the "Master Shutoff"
• Turn OFF Both Toilets. Do NOT Flush them afterwards. Water is required in the bowl to prevent sewer gas entering the unit.

Turning ON Instructions:

• Pulling Vertical Red lever downward is off. Push lever Vertical to turn water back on.
• Turn ON Both Toilets.
• 3 minutes later, (or once the Hot Water Tank is full--it stops making a gurgling water noise) Turn ON Breakers #26 & 27 for the hot water tank (Pic)
