Show user programming in names for each room of their house.
Show user clipping a collar onto each pet.
Show user entering an emergency number, and unlocking code (or leaving it blank).
Show user customizing the message to be alerted.
Firemen have the priority of people, and property damage. They cannot search for possible pets who may already be dead.
Redundancies to prevent accidental unlocking.

A theif taking advantage of a once-in-a-lifetime your house is actually on fire to burgal you, while a bullhorn alerts the neighbours of a fire is laughibly near-impossible.
