If I'm in the Hospital:

Interview me. Record it. Ask me:
  • About Bosco's Life
  • About Vegas
  • Tell me lies about what happened in the news while I was asleep.

Smuggle Puppies:

The one thing I demand in the hospital is Dog Visits.
I have clearly declared, and you can you tell the doctor:
They better let my dog visit, or strap me to the bed.
Because I will be crawling myself outside dragging IV lines to see my dog.

You Didn't get bit by a brown recluse!!:

You Don't need to go to the Emergency Room!:

These are all common things people go to the E.R. for.
Just from my personal friends I have actually seen people go for:

  • Pregnancy test
  • Flu / Cold symptoms
  • Being hungover
  • Cut Fingers
  • Diarrhea (no blood, less than 3 B.M.s)
  • Chicken Pox (for child)
  • Being High
  • Mystery Bug Bites that happened that day.
  • Dental Pain
  • Bladder Infection

To be clear, this doesn't mean do not seek medical attention in the morning (such as at a clinic, or family doctor), but you are NOT an emergency!

Many health professionals mention the problem is that some symptoms are only a problem if combined with other symptoms, or extreme, and everyone wants to cover their ass.
So you can't say "It is only Diarrhea" when it is combined with blood, and has been happening for two weeks.
But (in this example) the vast majority of time the patient won a taco eating contest or is exaggerating their symptoms.

If you complain enough, who is going to waste their time, or risk their job saying you should get that tiny splinter taken out at 3am?

If you did any of these things, you do NOT go to the E.R.!

  • Drove yourself.
  • Instagrammed / Facebooked your ailment.

You Don't have Lyme Disease!:

  • 95% of cases are tightly-confined to 2 areas:
    • In Canada: Nova Scotia+Ontario.
    • In USA: New York+Minneapolis Areas.
  • The tick need to be attached for at least 24 hours to transmit!
  • ~30,000 / year Americans, and ~900 Canadians get it.
  • ~5 / year die from it.
  • Nearly all Cases occur in summer months.
  • If you DO get it, it is treated in 2 weeks of antibiotics.
  • Stats, Stats, Stats that you wont read.
