- 4m x 9m 13x30ft(~390sqft)
- French Doors between Main Bedroom & Living Room. Very spacious.
- Secondary Loft-style Bedroom or Storage.
Notes:
- Urinal in Bathroom?
- Make Porch a Priority
- Use Cabinets to hide Everything
- Hot Water Tank and Other Stuff in a Hatch Below Floor
- Secret Panel in Floors and Walls!
- I am zoned RS-6. 52.7 x 123 Ft= 6482sqft. 944 Tattersal is RA3.
Questions:
- I assume I can add a small porch/deck (Limitations?)
- Budget: $30,000
- Can I have outcroppings that don't count as floorspace?

- Large Size. 800-1000sq ft.
- Two Storey.
- Height: 16ft, or 13 ft + 3 ft basement.
- Allow them specifically in the "Quadra Area"
- Increase Rental Income to match high house prices, and to help renter desperate to find a home.

Digging the FOundation + Sewer Line:
- Bobcat 418 @ Richlock Rentals ($200/day+$75 delivery)
- Bobcat 418 @ Westerra Rentals ($225/day+$75 delivery)
- Bobcat MT55 is 36" wide
- Should take 6-10 hours to dig
