  • Nachoes
  • Burgers
  • Tacos
  • Chicken Wings
  • Pho (Soup)
  • Noodle box
  • Sub Sandwiches
  • Sushi
  • Cobb Salad
  • Fish

Foods to Make:

  • Lettuce taco
  • Buffalo chicken dip
  • Potato skins
  • Mexican Lasagna

Justifying Dining At Restaurants (Most Days) with Math:

I have eaten out every single day for 15 years.
It costs me about 20% more that not eating out & cooking at home.
I constantly crunch the numbers, but am always willing to check-again

** This only works because I am a bachelor, and eat once(rarely twice) / day.

People forget:

  • Groceries:
  • Wasted food:
  • Condiments, sauces, oils, spices, etc, etc, etc.
  • Coupons (rarely used though)
  • The rest of you still go out for dinner occasionally ;)
  • Loss-leader deals like Wing Night, etc. There are many, every single day.
It works out to $12-$22/day. ($6205/year).
Give me 100% of your food budget.
Just please don't make me type up a huge list of EVERYTHING you forgot ;)
