It Must:
- NOT be battery Powered
- Allow me to make RFID or NFC Keys for my tenants / roommates
- Be controllable remotely, from my phone / webpage
- Camera Records Movement + Alerts.
- Ring inside the house.
- Dylan Suggests controlling the Magnet lock with a Wifi Switch (below).
- Dylan Suggests constantly charging it with a car/APC battery.
