The only way this will work:

  • It had to be CHEAP and easy
  • It had to be QUICK
  • It had to allow me to continue to go out for dinner, socially 6 times / week

  • No more red-meat
  • No more sugar
  • No More all you can eat
  • 5 Litres of Water / day
  • Very Little beer
  • Breakfast Everyday

  • Day 1 Im Starving
  • Day 2 Weak as a kitten
  • Day 3 Jonesing for SALT!
  • Day 4 Bought 2 Litres of Water & Carrots to a movie
  • Day 5 I miss Pooping! Lol!
  • Day 6 Actually like the taste of fruit!!
  • Day 7 Bosco is pissed that there is no actual food in the garbage.
  • Day 8 Chewed my fingernails down completely
  • Day 9 Skin Starts breaking out as Toxins are flushed
  • Day 10 Found Healthy Menu option at Dennys: Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad
  • Day 11 Craving Movie Theatre Popcorn!
  • Day 12 Alchohol Tolerance: GONE!

Juice 1: Metabolism Booster

  • 2 Green Apples
  • 1 Small Cucumber
  • 1 small beetroot
  • 1/4 lemon
  • 1/2" Ginger

Juice 2:

  • 1 Orange
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 4 Small Carrots
  • 1" Ginger

Juice 3:

  • 4 Large Carrots
  • 2 Celery Stalks
  • 1 Large Apple
  • A Handful Parsley
  • A Squeeze of Lemon
