competency Quiz

The classic I.Q. Test is plagued with problems--Racial, Social-economic, current era, geographic etc.
The goal here is to fine universal questions to fairly assess the competency, intelligence and sanity.
Touch one or two questions on EVERY subject, and weigh them evenly.
This test could be used to evaluate a potential employee, tenant, romantic partner, etc.

Sample:

History: What year was your country founded / confederated?
History: What famous event happened the year you were born?

Math: What is 4 to the power of 4?
Math: What is the 5% sales tax on a $650 purchase?

Broad Questions:

A Well rounded person is: Inquisitive, Kind, inventive, independant, informed. They ideally should display these qualities: good memory, life long learner, problem solving, articulate, without addictions, etc. The following will access

- When was the last time your mind was changed?
- What do you Read?
- What did you last research?
- What is something you are proud of?
- What is your proudest achievement?

Kind: What volunteering have you done in the last 12-months.
Kind: What relationship do you have where you currently give more than you receive.

Informed: Who is your political leader, locally, provincially, and federally?
Informed: What was your last ballot initiative?

Addictions: What's in the medicine cabinet?(no judgement)
Addictions: List all your vices

Problem Solving: What volunteering have you done in the last 12-months.
Problem Solving: What physical thing/device have you repaired recently that was the move challenging.
